30 Day Trans Challenge Day 7: Who do you look up to?
All my trans buddies at school, cause they had the courage to come out. They’re like role models and shit.
Jiz Lee, genderqueer pornstar. Also, Cyd Loverboy, who’s also on the Crash Pad series. He’s so awesome.
A couple of my queer friends from high school, who’ve always done their own thing, and don’t let others tell them what to do. One is working tirelessly to combat a law to make gay marriage unconstitutional. Somehow it’s a vote. She’s also an advocate for survivors of sexual assault.
I look up to my parents, cause they’re awesome.
I look up to those really successful folks with Asperger’s. Like Daniel Tammet and John Elder Robison. They wrote books. If they can write a book (and lead the crazy awesome lives that they wrote about in their books), then I can do well in college and go to grad school.
